What We Collect
When you visit this site, Jozu Consulting Group does not deploy advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or behavioral profiling tools beyond what is strictly necessary to operate the site.
If you submit a contact form, schedule a working session, or otherwise initiate contact, we collect the information you choose to provide (typically name, work email address, company affiliation, and the message content). We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and, with your consent, to correspond about Jozu Consulting Group services.
We do not sell, rent, or share submitted contact information with any third party for marketing purposes.
Data Subject Rights
If you are located in California, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or any other jurisdiction with applicable privacy law, you have the right to:
- Request a copy of the information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of information you have submitted
- Object to processing of your information
- Withdraw any previously granted consent
To exercise any of these rights, email jeff@jozuconsultinggroup.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We respond within 30 days.
Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for the duration of the business relationship plus two years, after which they are deleted from active systems.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
International Transfers
Information submitted through this site is processed and stored in the United States.
Changes
We may update this Notice as our practices evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
